I remember one time meeting up with him in Salt Lake, where I was following behind him in my car. All of a sudden the rear window on his car fell out and shattered on the road. As Confucius is said to have said: “People who live in glass automobiles should not throw stones.” Will miss our back-and-forths.

With the end near, there are suggestions that Gordon B. HInckley didn't die of old age. He died from the Big C. But that wasn't was initially reported by the Mormon Church-Owned press. Since Hinckley's death from cancer has been mentioned on this board , here's a review t of the rather perplexing public reports of his passing vs. some other below-the-radar info. In another thread, RfM p

The Mormon church and its membership co-existed in Getmany with the Third Reich during its rise to power and reign of terror because Nazi leaders deemed the church to be non-threatening to Nazi designs, sympathetic to Nazi goals and in line with official Mormon church doctrine. Below is an introduction abstract submitted as a 2012 dissertation by David Conley Nelson, Candidate for a doctor o

. . . several LDS Church enthusiastically compliment Der Fuehrer. The Proud Boys and QAnon would be proud. What would the Mormon Jesus do? Perhaps tell local wards to invite themto their CULTural halls for a friendly meet-'n-greet. You think this is a spoof? Think again. Below is the proof. My personal friend, former national director of the Anti-Defamation League of B'nai B'rith Abraham Foxman, explained during his tenure as head of the ADL what must be done to stop the ghoulish Mormon practice of necro-baptizing Jews, along only with other non-Mormons, as well: 1) desist from further necro-dunking of Holocaust Jewish victims; and 2) abandon the Mormon doctrine of necro-dunki

And it only seemed like it went on "forever" because of the absence of said attention span. (I hope you have been attentive enough to read this far). As to the supposed "indoctrination," I was going after the pseudo doctrine of Mormonism's magical and prejudiced blood transfusions that supposedly turn Jews and Gentiles into Mormons if they decide to get baptized. I had serious asthma as a kid. It was passed down to me from my dad who nearly died from it when he was in the 2nd grade in Salt Lake City. I also caught pneumonia as a child when, ironically enough, I had been put in the hospital for serious asthma. There the nurses left me too long under an oxygen tent and the resultant heavy moisture condensation left me dripping wet—which gave me pneu

So, I gave him/her the background (date, places, attendees, stuff like that),and they haven’t replied back. Maybe they’ve gone off into a grove of trees to pray about it. https://www.exmormon.org/phorum/read.php?2,2261708,2261720#msg-2261720 Anyway, for good old times’ sake, here are some of the trinkets of trash I accumulated from my interactions with him BACKGROUND When I w

Relax. Everything will be OK. Your observation was incorrect. That said, although I am not "Bruce McKonkie," I met the real one at his home on 260 Dorchester Dr. in SLC and talked to him about organic evolution. He was wrong, too. :) https://www.exmormon.org/mormon/mormon196.htm

It's time, once again, for another desperation-move, Mormon Church-essay rollout, this one again designed to once again throw Brigham Young under the bus. In our ongoing effort here at RfM to assist LDS Central in whatever way we can in its crafting of another boot to Brigham's butt, let's provide its so-called "history"-writing committee some more ammo. However, this time (and unfortua

Rather, along with dozens of other Gannett parent-company employees, I was laid off in January 2019 in a nationwide cost-cutting move implemented by company headquarters in tightening times. I tremendously enjoyed my 38 years with the Arizona Republic. It was my first official newspaper job, where I had the marvelous opportunity to work with patient editors, professional reporters and fellow
