Hi ziller! I'm a bit far away from pictures still. The previous owners didn't take care of the land. But I can't wait to get it going and make it beautiful!

Hey edward812k! Thank you. Those were fun. I made so many friends that I still keep in touch with today. This board has been a bridge and a landing spot for do many through the years.

Susan! Oh how I've missed you. We still have our Aussie/Border Collie Rescue, Tazer, who is now 10.5 years old. He's doing pretty well for his age besides a mystery illness that they can't quite figure out. We also have a 5 year old chocolate lab named Juney. She's a big love bug who needs all the attention all the time and will chase a ball non stop. And we recently added our pup Tuc

Hey everyone! I don't think anyone really remembers me, but it's worth a shot. It's been years since I've seriously posted and a full year since I've checked in. I saw RfM come up on something and thought I'd check in on everyone. I'm chugging along. It's been two and a half years since my dad died and last August we lost his mom (my grandma) and we lost his dad in December (my grandpa).

I think it's difficult no matter your religion or lack of. I know it's consumed our family more than once. After being with someone for a long time and having them pass unexpectedly it's difficult. I second Susan's suggestion of a grief support group. Hi Susan! I think she definitely is getting there. She is planning on moving up here by me once she finishes taking care of all their

Hi all! I've missed you all. I dropped by about 8 months ago and talked about how my dad passed. While that has been difficult and I am still grieving, I am happy to announce that it means my mom has finally left the church. She always stayed for my dad and now that he is gone, she is free! The neighborhood has treated her like crap which is to be expected after they shunned my husband a

Thanks Frankie. I am 28. I used to frequent RfM a lot a few years back, but haven't felt the need much. Every now and again, I feel like I should come say hi.

Hi everyone! I see there are a lot of new faces but also a lot of familiar ones. I just wanted to say hello and that I am still alive and happy. :) I hope everyone is well. I have mostly been staying away from Mormonism and it has been wonderful. My dad died two months ago unexpectedly though and I did have to deal with everyone telling me he was happier being dead which was really hard.

There's definitely a better job market here. I lived in Southern Utah for 25 years, it can be a great place to retire if you can get past some of the cultural aspects.

I need to get caught up on the school work I've let slack this week. I'm also going to make some more big batches of salsa verde from my green tomatoes.

Two years and I am so happy living out of Utah. The culture is so accepting and people feel free to be themselves. Living in Utah as an exmormon, I didn't realize how much anxiety living there gave me. Always feeling judged and not good enough. We went back to visit in the spring and it was like you could almost feel the oppression. I still miss a lot of things like the red rocks and the
