Truth is that which is most important to me. I left because Mormonism is nothing, it may claim to be Truth, but it is simply a terrible organisation which is for messed up people (generally). How I left? I am only 17, and I simply just told my parents that I don't want to go and don't have to go either. People from Church would come over to my place all the time to see what was 'wrong'... my advice is just try and please them while not committing to anything and simply continue to not go to church; they'll get the picture eventually. My family, all in the Church though, have never viewed me as being the same anymore. And they shouldn't be expected to. I am now a new person.
