Account hacked

Has anyone else had their email account hacked from this site.
I use one that is only for this forum and it has been hacked.

My email was only for this site and spam of course.

The problem is if I change it here, whoever found access to the one now will have access to the new one. I will not be able to ever have a functioning one until it is found out how it happened. Just frustrating.

Wait, if you use the same email for this site and spam, what makes you think it was hacked because of this site? Couldn't any of the spam sites you give it out to also have hacked it?

Was it a yahoo address? They're getting hacked all the time, there us an exploit they haven't fixed yet, so don't ever check "leave me signed in" on your yahoo email.

Thanks for the suggestion. I never leave it signed on. I only log in once a week to check on things. I know it was someone from here due to what was left behind.
