What was the big announcement

Very briefly:

Missionaries are going to start doing more online proselyting during slow hours instead of tracting.

They are launching a big program to give tours of LDS church buildings - yeah really?

It was a HUGE pep rally to get members to do more missionary work. There are some procedural bureaucratic changes that won't really have any lasting effect that are supposed to make ward members and the ward council more focused on reactivation.
