My exmo self must be living right...

You know the stories. The ones where people sacrificed to pay tithing and to live the TBM plan, and how these people are financially rewarded in the end.Unexpected checks, new jobs etc....

Well, in a phone conversation about tax returns with my mother, I told her, "wow, I must just be living right. First I got a rebate check in the mail for several hundred dollars. (ok, well that one I knew was coming due to my new efficent furnance). Then, out of the blue, I get a check for over $400 from Blue Cross for overage charges in 2010. Now, I find out I"m getting several $$$$ back on my tax returns (mainly because of medical bills this year). I must be doing something right!

Dead silence. Change of subject. LOL

The year I left the church, my income doubled and has been getting better ever since. My TBM inlaws couldn't believe I was being "blessed".
