Church-owned Bonneville v. IRS, can one of you savvy attorney's look at this old case?

In a previous thread it was mentioned Bonneville is church owned and under investigation by the IRS. I found this old document that clearly lays out some shady history with Bonneville trying to avoid paying taxes, but it's entrenched in legal jargon.

The case cited involves Bonneville Distributing, not Bonneville International. I'm not sure that Bonneville Distributing is a church owned corporation (it seems from the brief reading I did on your link that it is a company that wholesales and distributes petroleum products).
