I live in Sugarhouse and pass by the little 3-story Scientology building several times per day. Their exterior rooms have windows that are usually wide open to public view. No matter the hour of day of the week, the place tends to be fairly bustling. I rarely see less than a dozen people (not the same ones!) inside using the little machines or reading Hubbard material. There are often children there after 11 pm, too. I have yet to personally meet a Scientologist here in Utah, but evidently they aren't as obscure as I would've thought. Creepy. Is there something in the water that just draws people to cults?

She was in scientology for 30 years and has a lot of interesting things to say. She does not seem bitter at all, just informative.

Her name is Tory, she goes by magoo44

I've been by there many times, but like you, I never met a Scientologist in Salt Lake. This is the one on 11th East, right?

Tut. It's not a cross, it's a spaceship!
