In mormonism, some words and phrases mean different things than you might think

Prophet, seer and revelator - GBH version, "They sustain me as one"

Prophet, seer and revelator - Modern prophet version means that I believe JS. That's all I got.

Word of Wisdom "not by constraint" actually now means, by constraint.

Masturbation - means in the mormon world, a sin next to murder.

Sacrament - used to mean bread and wine, now means bread and water

2 earings in one ear - used to mean, whatever, no biggie, who cares, to means, you are in open rebellion to the prophet.

Historical mormon facts - means, anti mormon, or the ever popular - lies

White and delightsome - now means, "Pure and delightsome"

Lamanites - The Lamanites were the principle ancestors of the native Americans, now means - "among" the ancestors

Saturday - the day for chores and fun, means in mormonish - The day to get ready for Sunday. ie prepare talks, lesson, don't do anything after midnight Saturday.

Polygamy - used to be necessary for exaltation, now is never mentioned. Shhhh.

Blacks/Priesthood - Used to mean less valient in the preexistance - post 1978, never mentioned. Shhhh.

Bishop - used to mean the older man that asked teen boys and girls if they masturbate. Now, means the same things.

Man becoming a God - Used to mean that a man could become a God - now means, I don't believe we teach that.

Internet - is a vaste source of information, and to do banking and shopping - in mormonish means, porn.

A victim of rape - in mormonish means they are guilty and responsible.

An attractive women - walking porn.

A single or divorced woman - someone that will steal your husband.

Physical church service - means the church is too friggin cheap to pay anyone to do anything so get into the church bathrooms and scrub you peon.

When I joined TSCC, I had two earrings in each ear. Nobody told me that this was taboo until a year after my baptism when a sister mentioned that the "profit has asked us to wear only one in each ear." Since learning about all the lies the church told me, I now have THREE earrings in each ear. Ptthhhhhhhhhht!

Wish I could think of something to add to your list, 6 iron, but, um, I think I've indulged in too much "WoW violation" on this Friday night. ;-)

The middle man: Women used to make a covenant with their husband to obey him. Now they make a covenant with their husband to obey God as he does. Not much change, really.

There is a huge difference in unconditional obedience, the old standard marriage vow. The Mormon version says we wimmin only have to obey our husband AS HE DOES.

This means we obey to the same degree he obeys. Which, basically, lets us off the hook since it is friggin impossible for a guy hold a job AND do everything the church asks him to do, plus NOT view porn, masturbate...which leads me to my contribution to the dictionary:

Vagina: used to mean female private part to be avoided by the faithful, in Mormonese, now means any single woman.

True, the woman has more autonomy.. but my point was that the woman still covenants with the man to obey God; she doesn't covenant with God directly as the man does. Hence "the middle man" reference. Similar to the man knowing the woman's name, but not the other way.
