Another reason I hate LDS tithing

I just read a TBM blog about the lack of medical insurance for this family. The parents are self-employed, but don't carry medical insurance because of the expense. I don't know the reason, but I bet it came down to a choice between paying tithing and paying for insurance. The LDS are so brainwashed when it comes to paying for necessities after tithing. The LDS church is disgusting in this regard.

Yup, and if one of them gets sick and they can't afford the bills it will be left up to the public and the hospital to foot the bill for them.
