Wine is just grape juice...

In response to an account of JS boozin' in jail, The Enlightened CollegeAdam replies:

"I don’t know much, but if I remember right, back then wine simply referred to grape juice."

I remember using that line on my mission telling people Jesus turned water into grape juice. lol...
I use to hate grape juice, then I left the church. Now I drink it all the time. My favorite grape juice is Muscat.

What is the point of serving the good wine first?

Even jesus knew you serve your good wine first because your guests less picky once they've got a buzz going.

Doesn't make sense if it's non-alcoholic.

Jesus was good at stretching wine by adding water and juice to it....

He was the first inventor of Sangria, which means "blood" which is why he shed his for us!
