Well, as a wild guess, if you are Bickertonite you might say 13 so as to exclude 9 and 10?

They are all dead, and none of them are buried in Paradise, CA, or Paradise, UT, or Paradise, KS, or any other Paradise for that matter.

Answer: 13.

The reason is because 2. thru 8. were all the choice of God or God's choice, or God's pick, i.e., God chose them! The 3 others (1.,9.,10.) were only the choice of the people. Very simple.

Also William Bickerton is in that group of 2. thru 8.
