I really did enjoy reading it a lot and was sorry when I was finished. I don't often feel that way at the end of a book, which is probably why I especially noticed the sudden ending.
Congratulations on writing such a great book!

Thank you. I feel the same way when I get to the end of a great book. Even a massive book like Bleak House or Les Miserables makes me sad when I'm done reading it. I think that's a good sign that you felt that way about my book. Thank you for the review and the kind words.
I loved the book. I haven't started another book (that I already purchased called Defiance--a movie was made about it about some Jews who lived in the forests during WWII) and I can't seem to start it as I liked your's so much, I'm afraid I'll be disappointed.
The nice thing about your book--is although I didn't serve a mission--I did have a missionary who I waited for and I did know a lot of guys who served missions--including my ex. His comment when I told him I was reading your book was that it should be a good read--that nobody really undrestands how much "fun" missions are. He served in LA in 1976 to 1978. Anyway--like RfM, it is nice to read something that effected my life.
I know my TBM daughter will like it. Maybe she'll have time now that college is out.
