Shoot, Socrates was a full blown heretic by then; I know because the next year we were at the Exmo Conference comparing genealogies to find out how we're related (he's practically a double for my grandfather, BTW. Scary).

I hope RJ and Cousin S. got together at the last Conference, otherwise I may have messed up my social secretary calling... I did introduce Tiptoes to Socky and his incredible wife...

Was anyone there in 1991-1992? Anyone who spent their P-day(s) with their partner ... visiting his sister at a gentile's house.

Was a baby when I moved to Germany in 1976. Lived there until 1992. Then agaon from 1994-1998. Thre years in Stuttgart and 17 in Darmstadt, south of Frankfurt. Were any of you there in that area then?

I was in the Germany Frankfurt mission from 75 to 77. I was assigned to Darmstadt twice, once with the Germans and once with the Ami's.

It would make my day to hear that they left the church.

Let's see, here's the cities I served in: Offenbach, Worms, Marburg and Frankfurt. I was in Worms for 9 months.

So your peeps may have been in different areas.

The wards we went to though were pathetic. A lot of crazy people mixed with people who seemed ground down and uninterested in the church.

Those ground down people were the coolest though.

And then we had the inactive military people. They were really cool and I think they had us over just for a tie back to the states.

God, we were such dorks though.

Darmstadt... my old stomping grounds. Was talking to one of the ladies at work today (non mo) and she said she was stationed in Giessen, just north of Frankfurt. Small world.
