It's probably a futile effort as the Romney's will declare Mormonism 'off limits' for the interview, but I submitted a couple questions...who knows, maybe one of these reporters will start asking the 'right' questions.

I understand his wife was a stay home mom, my question is was she a stay home mom with a nanny, or did she really raise them without outside help?

I'd be interested to hear what the family dinner talk was like during the time that his father was willing to leave the church if they put on the pressure to abandon his stand on the Civil Rights Movement. I'd also be interested in a first hand account of the way the church interacted with them as a family because of that issue.

I'd like to see follow-ups with people who had similar experiences with the church when they supported the ERA and opposed Prop 8.

I would like to see the question:

"Mitt, you are not just a mormon but have been a priesthood holding missionary, bishop, and stake president in a church that has scripture that clearly states that when people sin god turns their skin black.....so how do you explain that to black voters?"

I would ask him the same type of questions that he asked members as bishop and SP. Do you believe Joseph Smith was visited by God and Jesus? Do you believe the Book of Mormon is true? Have you ever masturbated?

Your father, George, was once criticized in 1964 by LDS priesthood leadership for his role in the Civil Rights Movement (see: www.boston.com/news/daily/24/delbert_stapley.pdf for a copy) during a time when Mormons still practiced a doctrine of racial exclusion. But your father stood firm in spite of his temple covenant to obey the LDS church in all things. Do you anticipate that your church could cause similar conflict for you if you became President?

I want to know if a Romney son would convince a nonmormon to convert and then mary him, if he feels it is okay to exclude the girl's parents form the Temple wedding. IS HE REALLY OKAY WITH THAT?

In your calling as a Bishop, did you ever have a conversation behind closed doors with a minor about that minor's sexual activity? What training prepared you for that conversation if it took place?

The question I submitted -

It is a very common Mormon belief that Christ appeared to the inhabitants of the American continent after his resurrection. At that time, he granted three native Americans (known as "Nephites") the gift of "not tasting death". Mormons believe these three Nephites have been wandering the earth for nearly 2000 years. There are even stories in Mormon lore of supposed three Nephite sightings. Do the Romney's truly believe that these three Nephites are currently wandering undetected somewhere on the earth today? If, as President, he was visited by the three Nephites, would he share that visit with the public?

Is it true that "Bigfoot" is descendent of Cain or is that only limited to people with dark skin? Is Brigham Young or Spencer W. Kimball correct?
Do you really believe that it would be better for a rape victim to be dead than without her virtue? That sexual abuse victims should take some responsibility for the abuse?

"Mr. Romney, do Mormons believe that if they are faithful they will become Gods over their own worlds?"
