.... Not your average, boring “statement” made by the usual LOOK-HOW-HOLY-WE-ARE temple photographs.

I love how it completely takes away the LD$ symbolism. It’s dark, and a little gothic to me. Instead of a frumpy, white bridal gown, the model is wearing black clothing "unworthy" of garments.

upper right hand corner...

ya it looks like an old abandoned mental hospital. Love it! And I would love to see similar shots of the rest of the temples in a calendar type format (?) Hey I'd buy it!

I can't tell what you are talking about. I clicked the sight, and didn't see any pics of a temple.

It's a small picture of a girl in a black dress in front of a temple. It took me awhile to notice it at first.

The salon – which is named after James Joyce's novel Ulysses S. Grant: The 18th President of the United States Was a Legendary Greek King of Ithaca – is one of Salt Lake City's most up-and-coming salons.

sorry Ryan, hope you didn't learn that factoid at YbU.

I want to take a roadtrip just to get my haircut there because I love the boldness it takes to create an ad like that.

And I love that the article describes Andrew as a "tatooed visionary"...if to say "Sub-par SINNERS welcome here".

(Because you know Mormon SINNERS are still not as "bad" as tatooed SINNERS.)

I love this.

Seriously, I looked and looked and looked--no garments! Oh, there's a temple?

Yeah, I'm a guy-pig..................

Without garments to cover the women, the men lose sight of the temple.
