Imalive's thread reminds me of...

a Guy (no relation) they called me to H.T. with...

guy was in the Marines, I think. he is about my age, but a Very Successful CPA/TBM.High Priest, I was an elder.

'only trouble' is, he was yr typical Overbearing Asshat.
I was struggling with factuality of MoMism, and the fact that leaders therefore treated me like Crap. It wasn't doing me Any Good to emulate the :Walking Wallet:Peter Priesthood: model, I was somewhat of a jerk myself...

so anyway, (later learned) Bp. JackWater puts us together, to see if we would
(?) I dunno.
So, the First Place we went to was a stake clerk who was ALWAYS away from home.... we went & taught w his DW & kiddies.

the Guy was AWFUL; he wouldn't let anyone else talk, wouldn't listen... a "Prime Example" of an Asshat. Typical "Know it all, Says it all" personalities...
I REFUSE to go on a second visit *to anyone* with him....

Guess Who caught the flak on that one?
