Whatever happened to Ward Correlation Meeting?

I seemed to recall that co-ordinating the auxiliaries activities with each other worked quite well...

I'm not qualified to answer your question, but I have an idea...

If all the auxiliaries are following the manuals obediently, there would be no need for such a meeting would they? It's all handed down from SLC.

It's a end of year calendaring meeting where each organization

brings in their proposed dates for next year's calendar. The major camps and outings are listed on the calenar, the stake reserved dates are noted, and if you share buildings, you have to avoid selecting days or Saturdays that your ward does not have the building.

Everything else is handled in Ward Council for changes of dates at the last moment.
