everyone in the 1st Qourum of Seventy has at least 3+ kids, except for one person!

there are some with no information so i cant say for sure, but everyone with a description has at least 3 kids:

many have 6 and 8 kids, one guy has 12!

lots of kids seems like a "general" requirement =)
