Since the modern CULT differs in practice from BoM commandments, both can't be true. Both can be false, but only one can ever be true.

When any TBM bears testimony that the BoM is truth and the Church is true, they are bearing false witness because you can't believe mutually exclusive or contradictory statements are both true.
