I saw a pack of about 20 LDS missionaries today!

For some reason I don't see very many Missionaries event though I live in Salt Lake City. But I was down by the main post office at 2nd west and 2nd south when this big pack of 20 or so LDS missionaries turn the corner.

Screw the 4 Horsemen of the Apocalypse, if you want real terror watch 20 Mormon missionaries walk toward you!

Yikes.

A couple of years ago I was walking into the supermarket holding my little son's hand, and four Mormon elders were walking out. We stepped aside to get out of their way. My son watched them go and said "Who were THEY?" I think it was the only time in his life he'd ever seen Mormons. I said "You don't want to know."

Pack of missionaries boarded my flight from US to Manchester....

a few years ago. They were bubbling over with excitement, obviously greenies heading to the Preston MTC.

At the time I was TBM but doubting and managed to enjoy the long flight without a missionary sitting by my side - they were all bunched together in one section of the plane.

In the departure lounge I did wish them well but they were too wired to respond properly. Nowadays I'd find a gaggle/pack of missionaries quite unnerving.
