But, in the past I have come across some really shocking posts, that are quickly deleted. One from a few months ago contained some very damaging claims about a board poster. I have no idea if they were true and I would never dare to repeat them, because doing so could be considered libel if the statements were false.

But Susan I/S (Thank You!) does a great job at keeping the RfM board cleaned up and running smoothly for us users.

I didn't see that, but I've clicked on threads before only to have them disappear in a flash. I tell myself it's not necessary for my salvation--er--recovery! ;^)

I have seen some pretty bizarre posts in the past. They get cleaned up pretty quickly.

I saw it also and they used my name...that post did not come from me. I checked with my sil and she didn't post either.

Does this happen often? I am registered does that mean some one has my info..? Will I have to change my password?

I don't know what it was, but it must have sure disappeared quickly. I've typed answers to posts in the past, and then when I've hit the Post button, it tells me the post doesn't exist. You just sort of go, "Oh." LOL

This sounds like it was a serious one though, so I guess it's good that it's gone.
