I was hoping somebody archived my post from last year where I presented a return-and-report on Meldrum's DVD. I'll look further on my hard drives as well...
Here are three links to posts on the subject here. Rod Meldrum's arguments about DNA are roughly at the high school level (probably a homeschooled highschooler at that); he's part of the "Earth is 6,000 year old crowd" and twists legitimate science into talking points that further his agenda.
The video mixes legitimate scholars with the gonzo sorts, and there's also the claim of a vast conspiracy orchestrated by the Smithsonian, beginning in the 19th Century, which is utter fantasy.
