Yeeees it does i am doing this every time. This is how movies are meant to be watched. On the big screen but the only one in the theatre so nobody can annoy the f#ck out of you throughout the movie. The lady that came in to clean the theatre was look, were you the only one here?" i was like,"yep haha", she was "that is awesome." i could not believe no one was there. It was the first time i was the only one in the theatre for me and it was so awesome. No god d@mn distractions is a beautiful thing.
I do the same thing. The first time was "Kong: Skull Island." I went on a Wednesday afternoon, four weeks after it opened. Only one in the theater. It was glorious.

The dollar theatre is very trashy in this town so i had to make a decision before it went to the dollar theatre to see it on the big screen. And six bucks isn't too bad for my first movie in a theatre in a very long time. It's been at least a year and a half since i have been to the theatre. Don't do well around too many people.
