Right now, the Q11 are furiously rubbing the seer stone, and putting it in a hat over and over again, so that it will reveal to them what they already know: the oldest guy will be the next profit.

Actually, the apostle who has been an apostle the longest, a.k.a seniority.

They'll announce Nelson is the next guy to fawn over at general conference in April.

Yeah, it's Q12 "seniority." Which in this case is also the oldest guy.

And from recent "tradition," they'll announce it this Sunday. He just won't be "voted on" (like a vote in a dictatorship that isn't really a vote) until April conference :)

What do the 2 lowest on the totem pole do until then? Right now it is a Q14 as the first presidency allegedly dissolves and all apostles return to thei place of seniority. That leaves Ron and Dale at the bottom of a Q12. Do they go whistle for a few months? I would like to hope so. I know Nelson is going to get it, there is no actual vote. There is probably a sustaining thing to make it ceremonial, but this is all choreographed and a show ready to role. They will be doing it quite often for the next few years now. The lamest show on earth. I guess I like lame shows since I’m watching it.

They always make it seem like a really hard decision that jesus has to come down and make and choose the next guy but its always the next guy in line for the most part.
