50/50. I have a customer who had them set up shop across the street from his business on Evergreen Way. It's a pain-and a lot of Semi- truckers are customers. Yes, the girls wear the skimpiest stuff they can get away with, and yes, some have been busted for soliciting. But, I'm not sure if they can shut them down, First Amendment rights. Business model is bikini girls selling coffee. Nothing illegal about that. Extra curricular "sales" will get blamed on rouge employees. I think the only avenue is to call it a "public nuisance" and see if it sticks.

You had me at "bikini baristas." ;)

I may draw the line at male baristas in bikinis. :(

Let's hope these brave girls have a lawyer that can string together revealing arguments so they can come out on top of those complaining boobs, and leave this problem firmly behind them. Or something like that.

And while these prudes are complaining, don't they realize that you can walk into any Starbucks in this country, order a "tall blonde with room for cream" and they will give it to you! Where's the outrage at that?
