Happy Equinox.

Wondrous is our great blue ship that sails around the mighty sun, and joy to everyone that rides along.

We've had clouds, clouds, and even more clouds. Lots of rain, too. Very little sun.

Thanks for the tune choices. Love Vivaldi.

Seems weird here in Minneapolis, the trees are turning and the temperature is going to be 90 today.

Right now 12:15 my time 64% with a dew point of 71 so sticky. Decided not to leave the building for lunch since that just sounds nasty.

The rate at which we lose daylight each day is now starting to slow down until it stops on winter solstice.

I'd never thought about it that way, but you're right.

Thanks for the positive spin ;-)

It's much better looking at it that way.

Sliding off of the rate's apex /maximum effect, so the decline is still in its realm of most pronounced effect, so the decline in sun light in already shortened days will be most noticeable/ most dramatic for many in the month of October as the sunset time is drawn down to a point where there is no longer any (evening) day light after work hours.

Our weatherman promises us Fall in one more week. That would be when it will get under 90 degrees. I'm SOOOO ready! Already singing, "Autumn day, bright and gay...."

And if you get that reference, you're old.
