I'm finally being honest with the church

Yes, I honestly don't give a shit. I don't care any more about the church than I care about where OJ will be playing golf next week. The hopeless basket cases running the church can do whatever they want, I don't care. God will get 'em.

Congratulations!! That is a major accomplishment! The church has many mechanisms to prevent that. You got through them all!

Congratulations! After 9 years, I'm still working on getting to where you are.

It goes beyond shunning them back.
It goes beyond showing them up.
It isn't about getting even

It's about just letting them "stew in their own juice," and my Grandma used to say. My goal is to not care what idiots think of me.

Sadly, I will never reach the point of departure for my own family members who remained trapped in the cult. As long as I care about them, I will try to help them break free.
