As I got more sick of the oppressive rules of the stifling missionary environment and started getting more of a clue on how phony and sleazy that THE church really was, I stopped wearing my missionary name plate. I liked NOT wearing it, even though not wearing it ticked off the missions leaders, I had learned that those leaders were only going to be ticked off about something ANYWAY, so the unavoidable infraction might as well be something that was of actual benefit to me. NOT wearing THE name plate made me feel like more of a person and less like a MORmON. After not wearing my name plate for a while. It got lost ......problem solved !!!!
