I think the large, corporate religions are simply in fear of losing their tax free status. Having to actually be a charitable organization is not part of the Mormon Mission Statement if there even is a decipherable mission statement to Mormonism. Religious Liberty can be translated into meaning tax free status and you have a closer idea of Oak's meaning.
