In general, not being so tightly-wound, especially about trivial, insignificant details.

For myself: Being able to take the recycling out, other chores, au natural :)

Doing whatever the aitch I want as long as it doesn't impact anyone else in a negative way.

Not having any random stupid assignments (lesson plans, sacrament talks, home teaching visits) that suck up all your free time

Actually having some real Free Agency for a change.

1. Living my life as I see fit.
2. Not having any kids.
3. Marrying the love of my life.
4. Thinking freely.
5. Coffee

I feel like I won the lottery. I am very happy, free as I can be, very content. My list could go on and on, there are so many things that I am happy about and so grateful for. Mormonism is a soul and life destroyer.

1. Being non-judgmental--enjoying folks for who they are.
2. Tossing out a suit--my formal wear now consists of my best jeans with a collard shirt.
3. Enjoying friends--all types, because--see item 1--I get to love people
4. Being able to cuss whenever I feel like it.
5. Giving to charitable organizations that I want to support.
6. Being my earthy self knowing that God love me regardless.
7. Having friends on this Board.

You nailed it with that list Boner. I would only add "loud laughter" and craft beer. Cheers, my friend! -edz

Learning to love myself instead of condemning myself for being human.

Freedom to think how I actually think rather than how I perceive others expect me to think.

Freedom to speak up when I think something is wrong. For example, Steve benson's post on rape and LDS culture. It sickened me then but I didn't say so. It was wrong that I didn't.

...whatever makes you happy.

And it's very often different for everyone.
Which, of course, spits in the face of the one-cult-fits-all of mormonism.

Post-Mormon happiness is ....

Everything under the sun.

Besides being different things to different people, it's whatever you want it to be.

For me, it's freedom from tyranny and oppression.

My morning coffee

A glass of iced tea or a cold beer in the summer.

Being able to think for myself

Having someone in my life who treats me as an equal partner.

Not having children, and getting the longest lasting IUD.

Wearing regular underwear that comes in many colors and in cotton.

Wearing slacks and a nice blouse when I dress up, or for something more formal, a dress without sleeves.

Going to movies on Sunday and out to dinner. In Utah that's a bonus.

Being in a relationship with someone without the "benefit" of marriage.

No temple attendance or guilt for not wanting to go as I hated it so much.

The list goes on and on.

Freedom from church callings. Our son-in-laws' mother worries and frets 2 weeks before giving her monthly RS lesson.

Freedom to eat and drink whatever I like, and to discover what I do like, which leads to:

My beloved 2 cups morning coffee!

Not feeling guilty for ordering a drink at dinner, like Peach Bellini's or Margaritas.

Not being afraid to wear a favorite shirt that we had printed while in Yellowstone that says: "Go sit on a geyser" I happened to have that shirt on when I answered the door, and there stood the missionaries! Whoops.
