Anyone else notice on social media that the 'Saints' are taunting their 'fellow' Christians all about Lent?

One member is saying 'The Saints do the aint's' all year round...

Another put up an ecard on Facebook saying 'I'm Mormon. We do 'lent' 365 days a year'.
Lol,ya that was if ye believed in Lent.

Same fellow is a convert and has gone crazy on the gospel, even creating a blog!

I haven't seen the Lent taunts. I clicked on the link and didn't see "The Aint's" but I didn't look very hard.

It is something I've noticed in dealing with actual face to face Mormons. That they "fast" from worldly pleasures is something they like to talk about being such a wonderful personality trait for themselves. It is everyday an ego stroke for Mormons.

It has been a very hard thing for me to personally overcome. Judging people based on Moron rules of purity is just pure evil. It is thinking you are oh so good all the while judging people not for their characters but their little indulgences in life and some of life's pleasures. Things that are obvious but all the while Mormons not finding the beams in their own eyes of horrible behaviors like judging and neglect and abuse that they see as more reassurance of their personal righteousness.

"...saying 'I'm Mormon.We do 'lent' 365 days a year'"

From the outside looking in...exactly WHY would I join a religion where you are sacrificing something...EVERYDAY OF THE YEAR??

Endless Lent, but no Easter for Mormons. Not something to be proud of.

"Endless Lent, but no Easter for Mormons."

This was poetry to me.
