I can read, and I do see you put "ONE" in the title of this thread, but I'm going to cheat and list a few.

This album - https://www.mormontabernaclechoir.org/shop/products/peace-like-a-river-2004.html - has several good songs, including the one you like "Deep River". My fave from that album may actually be "Be Still My Soul".
