Can't say I trust a website that doesn't say who you are ordering from. Doesn't list any LLC/Inc, and has a strong religious theme. Who would I be giving my money to and supporting? Some PO box apparently.

Roastery is supposed to sound like Rosary. The word play makes it a catchy name. What do they care if they trigger Atheists? They're not Atheists.

My wife and I always stop in there when traveling through that area. Haven't met Father Michael, but the nuns working there are very nice.
Get the Eastern Queen. You won't regret it.

You know the place?! We always used the place as a convenient stop, interesting gift shop, and clean restrooms. We had some sort of lunch there once. But of course, we always bought some sort of Greek biscuits and Eastern Queen. I also order Eastern Queen online. Father Michael is not co-located with the monastery itself, but has his roasting equipment in Goldendale itself. His coffee is a real novelty.
