As a kid I used to view heaven as flying around as an angel amongst big clouds, the same ones that we see in the sky. I suppose that white is such a pure, stainless color that people tend to associate that with heaven.
So since I never went through the temple, I really don't know what the Mormon heaven is supposed to look like. I always thought it was the white robes pictured in all the propaganda, I mean art.
In Mormon heaven, do you wear that hideous Mormon temple clothing? What about garments?
the priesthood before 1978. They could be members, no biggie.
Most people don't know or stop to think that without the priesthood they couldn't get married in the temple and get to the Celestial Kingdom with their spouse.
God wanted to keep it white apparently. He must be really ticked off that they Feds made His church change His rules.
How can it be a white Heaven, when we see programmes on the t.v. tracing back the female DNA which shows we came from an african woman. I think mo's are going to be shocked at the reality of life after this one. I for one could never visualise heaven as everyone wearing white, walking round on pure marbled floors, with everything looking so sterile - ugh - not my kind of heaven. I look forward to being amongst everything we see as beautiful and good here, and being with all my family.
