I think it would only matter depending on Adam's attitude. For some guys, the only requirement for sex is that the other person is female - looks aren't even a consideration. Eve could have been as homely as they come but Adam would care so long as her plumbing was right.

I'm sure Eve was very beautiful- she and Adam were Avatars, or Divine Incarnations. The white Caucasian Adam/Eve couple were not from the middle eastern region associated with the Amber Adam/Eve- but further up north, I believe.
