This doesn't really change much. So the Title IX and the Honor Code people can't talk to one another. That doesn't mean someone doesn't know your bishop and you could still be hauled into a bishop's court and THEN lose your ecclesiastical endorsement. There's more than one way to punish a victim for the sin next to murder.
