I have to confess, I had to search on the name, but once I did I recognized it. As many of you know, about half of my family is TBM, and--although we had our problems--I was fortunate to grow up in the other half, which was/is varying stripes of Christian. Even in my most "christian" phase, these "tracts" always irritated and embarrassed me. Fortunately, most often found in gas-station restrooms, they were easy to dispose of.

The list of responders on this thread confirms our notion that only knee-jerk anti-Christians must populate this Forum.

I suppose Jack Chick's only major flaw was in trying to convince the world that the Bible's backwards teachings are actually true.

Not just that, but that he was trying to convince the world that only the King James Version is the right version. Despite the fact that King James was gay, or at least bisexual.

Knee-jerk anti-Christians? As in people who follow their gut feelings and don't question their beliefs? I think you're looking at the wrong group. People I know here (including myself) have been on very hard journeys seeking truth, not just trusting what anyone tells them, but really seeking answers.

Just to clarify, "gut feeling" isn't the term I was looking for, I meant something more like "emotional impulse without knowing facts", I think that describes it better.
