Seriously, although the ad shows dollar signs, the voice-over is talking pesos and one of the prices is $449, which seems excessive in USD.

The "dollar sign" (i.e. '$') was originally used for pesos. America adopted it for the USD later.

The two elders look happily at each other and then the Unimarc store people jump into the frame, yelling about how every accomplishment needs to be celebrated with a 'barbacue-lite'. And then the announcer says that 'barbecue-lites' are great but they sure make you thirsty, so how about buying this beer, at xx unit price or yy for the case, Chilean pesos! Or how about Coca Cola, at zz price, Chilean pesos.
