I can't believe that this day has finally come. I know I've been building it up for like two weeks now, but this is the official post of my embarkation. I write this post on June 27, so if you're reading this on Tuesday the 28th, I'm already on my way.

I'm mainly writing this post up to thank everyone for the insane amount of support I have been given over the last year that I've been posting.

I started out this journey as a high school senior. I had lost everything, valuables and my money because my parents drained my bank account and pawned off my gaming set-up, and took away my phone and my car, for not believing in mormonism.

I found a release here in recovery from mormonism. I started posting about my situation and then started a six month series on my experience in seminary. It quickly became a hit and I was overwhelmed with a huge amount of support.

I got months of advice about planning for the day when the ramp drops and I embark on my new life. A lot of stress, worry, and planning went into it. But this day has come!

I am ready. I've got all the essentials I'll be needing and I embark on a new life. I'm already talking to an apartment landlady about seeing if I can rent an apartment, it's 500$/mo.

Again, I can't thank you guys enough!

RfM is like Olive Garden. When you're here, you're family. Try the cannolis.

Your new life begins today. Enjoy it, live wisely and well. Inevitably "THEY" will try to entice you back into the fold, but don't let them get you down, you have lots of friends here who will give you all the support you could possibly need. Have a wonderful life.

I wish you the best fortune and the best times. Post so I can enjoy your writing.

Oh and maybe get a PO Box instead of an address so the church cannot find you.

Freedom!

Freedom to be free of the money and mind robbers!

You did or will set up a new bank account, yes?

After this, YOU decide everything.

Far ahead of your mission bound friends you are to be an actual and free adult.

Enjoy the hell out of it.
