Best Excuse Ever!

We had a family reunion today, and I was in a fb group text re: the reunion, when a relative said she wasn't coming b/c she had a strong feeling that God did not want her to go. Dang it! I miss having a water tight excuse for things like that. Now, I just have to say no, or no, because I don't want to go.

I am happy to report that there were no casualties. Most likely due to the fact that dear relative listened to her promptings from God. She likely saved us all.

I don't see why one must be a Mormon to make up ridiculous excuses. Just blame your tarot cards, or your horoscope, or perhaps chicken entrails.
