I can provide evidence in your civil suit and you can provide evidence in my criminal prosecution (yes, it is not over yet). Also, you can claim repayment of your tithing paid since January 2007 upon criminal conviction.

I can't see that the criminal prosecution prevents or jeopordises your civil suit, but only enhances it. A 'win-win' for both of us.
