Wow, she looks the same as she did a few generations ago when I used to watch her while recuperating from a hangover in my sqaulid darkened hovel because I didn't have cable and the rabbit ears could only pick up the station she was on.

Sure it is. Who do you think trained the surgeon? Who do you think inspired the first plastic surgeon to even think of making someone's wrinkles disappear with a scalpel? Who gave them their intellect and talent to make it happen? Who, I ask you? :-D
