Tithing

So, if I pay my ex child support, because she cant make ends meet without it, can I contest any charitable donations she chooses to give?

Probably not.
The court decides how much "child support" you must pay.
They don't decide what she does with it.

Consult your lawyer about that. My understanding is that child support payments must be used for precisely that purpose. You might be able to demand proof that they money you are giving her is being spent on the kids. What she does with other funds that she has is likely up to her.
