further subtitled: as told to Tracey A. Smithee.
It's a pretty obscure book.
http://www.amazon.com/Recall-Leonard-Hartley-Tracey-Smithee/dp/B0057H3A9EI would like to know if there is anyone out there that has done any investigation into some of this book's more miraculous claims.
The claim on my mind is that a airplane bound for South America from Salt Lake suddenly tipped over and was losing altitude. The author, Brother Hartley, raised his arm to the square and commanded the plane not to crash.
"At that moment the plane turned over, leveling out, and started to climb in altitude." (p. 193)
This story is bizarre to me, but it beloved in my own family's traditions. It gets told and retold, but I was only just today introduced to a print copy of the book from whence the story comes.
Any comments or leads would be appreciated.
