I was hospitalized recently for an infection, and my computer gave up the ghost in the machine. Lots of meds and recovery, so I'll be down for a while. Best wishes to all and hope to be back soon.

I was also hospitalized for an infection in May. I'm all well now and hope you'll feel the same very soon.

My DH fell head first down a small flight of stairs yesterday on our deck. I took him to the hospital where they cleaned him up, did many stiches and applied a bandage to one wound. Today he looks like he's been through a war but he's doing fine.

I wish none of us had to deal with such inconveniences, but I'm glad we're tough enough to face them when they happen.

Well, the story goes that all computers are packaged up with smoke. They will all work just fine unless you let the smoke out. What Don saw was more likely smoke than spirit.

I'm relieved that they have such good medications for infections these days. A hundred years ago, that infection could have been a death sentence.
