I had a ward member come by unannounced well after 8 pm to invite me to activities and church. I politely declined although I know he could see the anger and frustration in my eyes.

I'll keep you guys posted. I am just waiting for the love bombing.

How long has it been without a "rescue" attempt?

Have a copy of the CES letter and offer to come back for one meeting if your visitors will read it and explain it.

I don't have VT and HT anymore and no offers to have them again. I don't get the fast offering collectors (unless my daughter moves home now and then). BUT what makes us all think that we aren't projects if we have resigned? Sometimes we become a bigger missionary project.

The love bombing comes and goes. I had some over mother's day.

IF you hang a solid green embroidered leaf apron with white ribbon ties on your front door they won't bother you. It works great.

Of course they have the right to be equally if not more offensive. They don't have a obligation but they certainly have the right. Why on earth would you say otherwise? You do understand the difference between a right and a obligation, don't you?

It may work, but that's also disrespectful TO THEM. Just because they disrespect you, doesn't mean you have the right to do the same to them.

Yeah- it kinda does. People that are disrespectful & cross boundaries have no right NOT to be disrespected. You throw rocks at someone & expect to have those rocks thrown back.
