We are the generation of now ex-Mormons who
are witnessing the downfall and decline of the
Mormon church in this age of the Internet - where
the Information Highway has been able to expose it
as the atrocity it is for all the world to see -
that it's a sham of the highest order.

I am so very thankful to be living in
this dispensation. We are so very blessed
with this gift of knowledge that our parents
and ancestors did not have.

What an amazing gift to be given!!!!!!!!

And thanks to those who came before
to be a light to our path.

They are my heroes. For those historians and church
scholars who paved the way, they were and are
the inspired ones.

Prediction: so few converts are now joining Mormonism that, whereas it currently discourages its members from marrying outside the cult, in the not-too-distant future it will be encouraging the practice just to diversify the gene pool.

I have a funny feeling that gene pool is going to keep getting smaller and smaller, until it becomes a pond, and finally a puddle.

I am more concerned about Mormonism getting more radicalized. As people of conscience leave, those left will be more hard-core. Of course, there are some sheep who will not, but they are too afraid to say anything that might irritate the wolves.

That there are liberals in the church right now that help to keep the church a little more main stream, but as they leave (or get kicked out), it will become more radicalized.
