How is "new" adoption service different from the earlier one?

LDS, Inc made a big deal last year that they were getting out of the adoption business. Not surprisingly this new site looks like more of the same BS.
I am guessing they just added a protective layer using a mormon based company to protect LDS, Inc. from lawsuits.
Wow! Adopton.com/lds will post potential adoptive parents pictures for a full years FREE!
What a deal!

LDS Family Services is no longer doing adoptions. But it has a contract with an adoption agency to have an LDS oriented page on their website.

The major difference is that you are not restricted to adopting only two children through the non-lds adoption site.

The Mormon church is paying the monthly fees through feb 2016, and thereafter there will be a discount.
