Church hiring practices

I was pretty alarmed to find the church rated as one of the best places to work by Glassdoor considering their discriminatory hiring practices.

I sent a letter to the Glassdoor CEO to enlighten them on the homophobic and sexist church. We'll soon find out what kind of company Glassdoor is.

There are so many things wrong with this following job posting from Deseret Book:

"Must be a female who has received her own personal endowments and possesses a current temple recommend" So they are barring men and LGBT people from applying. I am really sick of religions getting a pass on discriminatory practices.

On a positive note, Thomas Monson is shown as a CEO. Nothing could be truer.

It isn't sexist. The employee they hire must be able to assist females with their clothing requirements which includes selecting and assisting with garments. A male would not be a preferred candidate for this.

More than likely this is a position selling women's garments so you'd need an endowed female.
